Grief Collage
THU NOV 12, 9 - 10:30 PM EST

Join us for a night of processing grief through a cool form of art: collaging! So what even is collaging? Collaging is a form of art that comes from the French verb "coller" which means to glue. We will mainly use magazine cut outs, pens, or other random artsy objects (sparkles, cotton, leaves, etc), to create something for you to take home. It could represent your grief or something you are currently feeling/going through.

This evening will start with a short meditation to help us connect to the space and our bodies. We will then have about 30 minutes of art creation in silence, so we can focus on what needs to be expressed. There will be time for everyone who wants to, to be able to share what they created. After we will drink tea, eat some light snacks and mingle with fellow grievers. All you need to bring with you is a pair of scissors!
